The Scottish Disability Golf and Curling – SDGC – was started by Jim Gales twenty years ago and from 30 players based around St Andrews, it now attracts more than 1,000 members across 20 countries.

Frieda Morrison joined teams of PGA pros, members of SDGC and Media, at Ladybank Golf Club in Fife – and had a memorable day despite the bunkers.

In her team were SDGC Vice Captain Jim Hamill, Paul Wytrazek, Head golf Pro at Burntisland golf Club and Donald McKay, Head Pro at Wellsgreen Golf Range.

After the round, it was time to catch breath and hae the usual confab aboot the day – and find out more about the SDGC.

First Jim – what kind of day did he have?
